Terms of Service

This page is not the final, legally-drafted Terms of Service — that's still in progress, because we only publish the operating company's identifying details (legal name, registered address, tax number) once they're real. We don't put up placeholder data. Until the formal document is live, this page summarizes what's factually true about the service today — and what to ask us by email if you need to make a decision about something.

What this service is

WonflowHub is a browser-based CRM for small sales teams (pipeline, tasks, automation, invoices, reports, AI-powered decision support). You access the service at app.wonflowhub.com.

Subscription and billing

There are three plans (Mini, Team, Team Plus) with a fixed monthly fee — see the Pricing section for exact numbers. Online, card payment isn't connected yet: we settle subscriptions and any AI action overage by hand, on an invoice. An admin can switch plans any time from settings.

AI features

The scoring, drafting and analysis features use Anthropic's Claude Haiku 4.5 model — the data needed for a request (e.g. a deal's or contact's details) is sent to the Anthropic API to generate the response.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription or delete your account, write to hello@wonflowhub.com — there's no self-service cancellation flow today.
