Data Processing Agreement

If, as a company, you need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us as your processor for your own GDPR compliance — that's a legitimate need, and we're aware of it. There's no signable, finished template today: we won't put up a made-up contract text until there's a legally sound version that's actually signable.

What we can tell you now

The list of sub-processors we actually use (Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, Vercel) is on the Privacy Policy page — that list is accurate today, and a DPA review can start from it.
